Spam e-mail

Fourth Ray Software does not participate in any spam or unsolicited e-mail campaigns. Your communication with Fourth Ray Software is kept private. Your e-mail address is never sold or otherwise distributed by us.

Cookies

Fourth Ray Software's web site itself does not use cookies. We do not track your visits. However, when you use our PayPal shopping cart, PayPal does use cookies to process your order (view PayPal's privacy policy).

Customer Contact and Order Processing

When you purchase one or more of our products, some information is collected to complete the transaction. Only limited information is available to Fourth Ray Software. If you pay using your PayPal account, Fourth Ray Software only receives your name and e-mail address. If you pay using any other means, additional information is provided to Fourth Ray Software, including credit card data. The PayPal shopping cart is fully encrypted (128-bit encryption) to protect your personal information and your credit card data. After the transaction has completed, we only keep your name, address (if available), and e-mail address. We do NOT retain your credit card number. We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or distribute your personal information to any one outside of Fourth Ray Software, nor is your personal data ever made public. The same policy applies to contacting us via e-mail or postal mail, or using any of our web site forms.

Server Logging

The server that hosts our web site keeps track of generic information about visits to our web site (such as number of pages visited, etc.). Absolutely no information is ever associated with you specifically, nor can it be used to uniquely identify you.

The Fourth Ray Software web site has links to other websites on the Internet. Our policy does not cover those web sites, for their content and Privacy Policies are the responsibility of their respective owners.
