The Model
I found this car at Toys-R-Us on September 28, 2008 for $3.49. This car is part of the "For Sale series 3" put out by Jada Toys in 2007. These cars are made to look aged, and have "for sale" signs. They are diecast models with rolling wheels. The hood, lid, and doors do not open. The model is fairly accurate, except that it doesn't have the spare tire well, and the grill is not detailed enough. I have not been able to find a prototype photo indicating the covered rear wheels, but I suspect they may have been used for the limousine version of the car. My plan for this model is to modify it to make it look like the photo on the right. I also plan to install lights in the car.
