The tender by itself weighs 0.5oz (16g). This is about 0.3oz short of the NMRA standard.

I decided to add a full 0.5oz to the tender because a lot of the power pickup comes from the tender's trucks. The added weight will help it track better.

The car now weighs 1.0oz (30g). The weights used came with double-sided tape, so they were trivial to install.
