These locomotives were classified "HH1". The PRR had 6 of them, road numbers 373 - 378. Built for the N&W in 1919, the PRR purchased them in 1943
because of a shortage of power. The N&W classified them as Y3's. The PRR gave the locomotives keystone number plates to indicate ownership.
The PRR used them out of Enola for hump, transfer, and helper service. They eventually were moved to Columbus, OH. All were scrapped in the
1950's. The photo of PRR #378 was found on the PRR Steam web site.
The Life-Like model of road number 373 (shown below) was released in May of 2003. The locomotive is a beautiful runner. It rivals the quality
of the Model Power 4-6-2 Pacific and Kato Mikado. In September 2003 we added the second release model which is road number 376.

This ConCor model is a good running locomotive. It needed some work, and has undergone some. The plug used to electrically connect the
tender (which has the power pickup) and the locomotive is flimsy and tough to connect. This locomotive has track power pickup from one
side in the locomotive and the other from the tender. The model was originally released in 1989, but ours is probably newer since ConCor
does runs from time to time.
