Sunny's Hotel

A two-tone paint scheme makes this N-scale hotel a warm and welcomed sight for tired travelers. Although the exterior of the building looks like it has been beaten down by the nearby railroad and industrial activity, rest assured the interior is well-maintained and spotless.

The hotel rooms come with nice balconies, overlooking the downtown action.

The front of the building has many details. There are three people; two seated on benches, and one hotel guest. The side walk also includes a street light. The lower-level lobby of the building has shades. The guests' rooms have nice curtains. There are signs on the side of the building, and, of course, the large Sunny's Hotel sign attached to the building.

The roof has a realistic asphalt cover. There are details typically found on a structure like this.
