Industry or Factory Building |

This N-scale building features authentic "brick curtain" design, a common architectural feature found in many U.S. industrial, factory, or warehouse
buildings constructed from the 1920's on to today. Accurately painted and weathered, this model features many details.

|
Track-side access to the building is via a covered area. This makes the building ideal for pick-up and delivery of materials that are
weather-sensitive such as paper, food, wood, furniture, delicate machine parts, and security-sensitive items.

On layouts, roofs are usually easily visible. Given that, paying attention to roof details is key to leaving the viewer with the impression that
the layout is super-detailed.
This building has plenty of details. You will find items such as a water tower, an advertising sign, chimney's, lots of ladders, and even a
worker climbing up the ladder to get to the rooftop. The rooftop simulates asphalt.

Fire escapes make this building legal as far as OSHA is concerned.
