You can watch a quick demo of how to add the Photos media type to your Library in FRSLibrary.

FRSLibrary organizes data in "Libraries". You create as many Libraries as you need to help you organize your media. You could create one for your home media and one for your office, club, church, or other organization for whom you are keeping track of things. You could also create a separate Library for each member of your household. The screen capture on the right shows a main Library and a "wish-list" Library. If you discover that you want to re-organize your Libraries, you can always move data between Libraries.
FRSLibrary uses simple data entry screens where you may enter as much or as little information as you wish for each of your media items. No artificial restrictions on data entry. In addition to all the data entry fields for each media type we have included, FRSLibrary makes it easy to add your own custom data. For example, you might want to add a date entry field with your Books media items that indicates the last time you read the book. How flexible is that! Watch a quick demo of how to do that.

At any time, you can have FRSLibrary generate reports for you. Reports can be sorted and customized to your heart's content. These reports can then be copied to the Windows Clipboard, printed, or saved to a text or XML file for use with other software applications or for further distribution. A standard full inventory report is also provided. This makes it easy to view information for insurance purposes.
You can also create custom reports for integration into your existing web site, such as a public web site or a company Intranet. You can customize the web reports to make them look just like your web site.

Haven't you ever loaned a book, CD, video tape, or DVD to a friend, relative, or co-worker, only to have it never be returned? Maybe you forgot you even loaned it to them! FRSLibrary has a "check-out" feature that works similar to a public library. You can flag any of the items in your Library as "reserved" or "checked-out". You can track information about the person to whom you've loaned the item. Check-out history for each media item is automatically maintained.
If you are the owner or librarian of a small business, club, or organization, you may even wish to formalize the process. FRSLibrary can create reports of all those people whom have requested to borrow a multimedia item from you or your organization. It also provides reports showing a quick summary of all the items you have out-standing.
FRSLibrary can now spell-check text you have entered into your Library. You choose how much or how little you want to have spell-checked. FRSLibrary comes with a standard U.S. English dictionary containing over 91,000 words. Custom dictionaries are also supported. FRSLibrary provides its own custom dictionary, plus it recognizes ones you have already set up with Microsoft® Word, or Mozilla Thunderbird. Watch a quick demo of how to spell-check and correct a word in FRSLibrary.
